This 6 week course is a very gentle practice. However, everyone’s body is different and I ask you to take responsibility for your own body. I will suggest a modification if you find any of the postures uncomfortable. Please do let me know if you need any additional guidance. If you cancel your pre-booked course up to 7 days prior to the start date of the first class you will receive a full refund. For cancellations less than 7 days prior to the start of the course a $25 admin fee will be charged.

Once the course has commenced unfortunately no refund is available. However medical exemptions may be accommodated and I welcome your communication on this.
