Using the practices of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra this monthly offering of conscious rest will introduce or perhaps reconnect you to the techniques that can help to unravel stress and tension in the body.
Restorative Yoga utilises an array of props to hold and support the body so you can release, let go and surrender into a state of relaxation. Yoga Nidra (translates to yogic sleep), allows you to find the mindfulness you need to quieten the chatter in your mind, put your to do list aside and find a sense of ease and comfort. Both practices are deeply restorative and may offer the following benefits:

Kat is a wise and gifted yoga teacher. During her session I am aware of the tension slipping away. She gently guides subtle movement, accessible to every body shape and age. Terms & Conditions
If you cancel your pre-booked session up to 24 hours prior to the workshop date you will receive a full refund minus the small booking fee. Due to limited space, cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the start of the session are non-refundable.
However medical exemptions may be accommodated and I welcome your communication on this.
This practice is predominantly floor based (some poses are chair based). All poses can be modified and adjusted to suit all bodies, injuries or ailments.
